Reservation & Deposit Policy
A 50% (of the total package price) per person deposit is required upon booking to reserve your fishing dates. No dates are reserved until the deposit(s) are made. Because of the short season, reservations are necessary to ensure you get the dates you want. Due to high demand for space, your reservation may be released for further bookings if deposits are not received within 10 days of booking. The remaining balance of your package is due April 30th 2025. Full payment of your package is required at the time of booking for reservations made after March 30th 2025.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits received are non-refundable. Cancellation insurance for your fishing package and flights is highly recommended. No final balance payments received will be refunded unless we are able to rebook your scheduled date. A refund cannot be issued for any matters out of our control including the weather, fish run timing, fishing regulations/closures, pandemics, illnesses, missed or delayed flights.
Alaska Kenai Adventures will not be responsible for loss of fishing time, baggage and fish box losses, flight/transportation delays and any other incidents resulting in conditions beyond our control.
Disclaimer of Liability: Alaska Kenai Adventures reserves the right to make changes to itineraries if regulations change in a fishery, or for the safety of their clients. We are always aware of safety, however, outdoor activities in Alaska are not risk free. At times trips in the ocean will be canceled due to weather conditions. We make every effort to ensure our client’s safety. However, we do not assume responsibility for injury to clients, personal belongings, or for time and expense incurred. Excessive cleaning or damage fees will be charged if excessive wear is done by guests, or damage occurs to lodge property. Upon making the deposit to Alaska Kenai Adventures the customer agrees to be bound by this cancellation policy.
Alaska Kenai Adventures highly encourages our customers to purchase adequate travel insurance to cover the cost of your fishing package and your flights. You are welcome to purchase travel insurance with any company you’d like. Here is our recommended travel insurance: WithFaye. Please note, you may purchase the travel insurance policy as a group as long as all travelers are from the same state. If there are travelers from different states in the same group, each person must purchase their own policy.
